4 t hr coal fired steam boiler, ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater is of square coil tube vertical type chain grate, it consists of two separate parts - chain grate stoker and heater body. After erection on site, it only needs to connect to thermal oil piping and electricity to start operation. The heater adopts chain grate to perform mechanical fuel feeding, equipped with FD fan and ID fan for air ventilation, and also equipped with slay discharger to remove the bottom slag.

ZOZEN’s YLW series thermal oil heater is developed based on chain grate. It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, suitable for various production processes such as dyeing, drying, slashing and printing which require high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply. The YLW series boiler also can realize the precise temperature control via advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to greatly improve the heat energy utilization rate. Recently, Kay & Emms has decided to upgrade the production equipment and signed a cooperative agreement with ZOZEN on the YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater project.

The structure and operating principle of organic heat carrier boiler cause that the exhaust gas temperature at its end is around 300°C and result in a huge waste of heat energy. In order to reduce heat loss, ZOZEN technicians add a variety of energy-saving devices at the end of boiler’s flue gas duct to improve the overall thermal efficiency of organic heat carrier boiler through the recovery and utilization of high-temperature flue gas, which helps many companies to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.

The header is not an independent component, but a component consisting of water-cooled walls, economizer, superheater and other components. Therefore, there are water-cooled wall header, economizer header, superheater header and so on. The function of header is to collect or distribute the steam and water working medium, reduce the transmission and connection pipes of working medium, reduce the number of drum holes, so as to improve the safety performance of drum.
