The SZL series biomass-fired chain grate boiler is safe and efficient with a capacity of 4-35 tph (hot water boiler: 2.8-29MW) and a thermal efficiency of over 88%. By extending the furnace arch, increasing the furnace height and adjusting the width and length of grate, ZOZEN takes the lead in solving the problems that easily occur in biomass-fired boilers such as furnace arch collapse, furnace door burnout, hopper tempering and tube wall coking. It has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency, thermic fluid boiler.

PT.Mikie Oleo Nabati is an palm oil company in Indonesia. Steam boilers are used for refining, bleaching, deacidification, deodorization, fractionation and other processes in the palm oil production. The biomass-fired boilers the company ordered from ZOZEN can perfectly resolve the problems of scaling, abrasion, burning front arch and feeding hopper. The thermal efficiency of ZOZEN’s biomass-fired boilers can reach above 88%.

The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming, thermic fluid boiler.
