The DZL series coal-fired horizontal three-pass water-fire tube chain grate boiler is pre-assembled boiler which is safe and efficient with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. The boiler body is a single drum longitudinal layout. Thread smoke tubes in the drum form the convection heating surface while the drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface of the furnace. The combustion equipment adopts the light chain grate. It has the characteristics of wide coal adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency, 3.5ton boiler.

Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years. After continuous optimization, its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke pipe, which increases heat conduction.
