ZOZEN Boiler Lean Factory Standardization Project officially started orderly. To carry out the standardization work, ZOZEN Boiler with experts from the consulting project team organized a series of internal training courses for the administrative staff and relevant personnel to learn theoretical knowledge, deepen their concepts and master the methods about procedure and specification, 10t steam boiler.

During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, China's oil refining industry will focus on transformation and upgrading, and continue to enhance comprehensive strength. ZOZEN’s YLW series solid fuel fired boiler is a kind of square coil horizontal chain grate assembled boiler. The chain grate realizes mechanical coal feeding, forced and induced draft fans provide mechanical ventilation, and slag discharger realizes mechanical slagging. ZOZEN supplied 15tph SZL series chain grate steam boilers for the company. This series of steam boiler features wide wide coal applicability and higher combustion efficiency.

Scaling, abrasion, burning front arch and feeding hopper are common problems of biomass-fired boilers, ZOZEN increased height of furnace, fastening the speed of stoker, input ash blowing unit at convection area, and automatic ash cleaning system at the bottom of stoker, so the above problems are all solved, it reduced much maintaining personnel’s work. Advantages: Make biomass-fired boiler a clean and neat working environment.

ZOZEN thermal oil heater is equipped with a variety of waste heat recovery devices. The heat loss is reduced through the recovery and utilization of high temperature flue gas waste heat, and the overall thermal efficiency of the thermal oil heater is increased to more than 95%, which is better than the overall industry level, 10t steam boiler.
