SPIC Columbia is a subsidiary of Sinochem Group's petroleum exploration and development business, dedicated to the exploration and development of long-term oil in Colombia. Boilers are essential equipment for oil exploration.

ZOZEN SZL series coal-fired steam boiler is package or shop-assembled water tube boiler with double-drum and chain grate structure.Boiler with capacity of 6-35 tph is shop-assembled structure, which is composed of 2 parts, upper part is heat absorbing surface and lower part is combustion equipment, gasfired boiler.

Since its foundation in 1996, Happy Alliance (M) Sdn Bhd has developed into one of the leading Nata De Coco manufacturers in Malaysia. It has established the well-known brand Captain Dolphin. Steam boiler is used to provide heat source for the production processes of cooking, drying, and sterilizing in food industry. In order to save the fuel cost, Happy Alliance (M) SdnBhd decided to use coconut shells as boiler fuel. In this case, ZOZEN’s engineers recommended one set of 4 tph biomass-fired fire tube boiler for the company, gasfired boiler.

ZOZEN’s coal-fired boilers have the technical advantages of sufficient output, low emission and energy saving with a high degree of automation to realize the mechanization of fuel supply, ash and slag discharges. More importantly, the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boiler system designed by ZOZEN is 5% higher than that of other normal boiler system. ZOZEN’s coal-fired boilers also have wide fuel adaptability: cfb boilers can use coal, gangue, garbage, sludge and so on while chain grate boilers can use bitumite, meagre coal, anthracite and so on.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine.
