In recent years, with the deepening cooperation between China and Africa, ZOZEN and KPC have built a friendly cooperation relationship with the oil-fired steam boiler project. In the petroleum processing industry, steam is the main factor affecting the energy consumption of enterprises. Recently, three sets of customized ZOZEN gas-fired boilers have been delivered after passing the quality tests. The boilers will enter the installation phase in late March when arriving at the UYUNI port.This project is located at the Uyuni Salt Flat, the largest salt flat in the world with the largest lithium reserves. Once the installation is completed, the boiler project will provide a reliable heat source for the new plant of YLB and assist the development and commercialization of salt-flat resources, biomass supercritical steam boiler.

ZOZEN SHX series CFB boiler, evaporation capacity from 10- 75 tph, with steam pressure 1.25-2.5 Mpa and the steam temperature is saturated steam and superheated steam. Hot water boiler 7-58 MW, supplies 130℃/150℃ hot water. Under pressure of 1.0-1.6 Mpa, the returning water temperature is 70℃/90℃. CFCB technology is a new type and mature high efficient, low pollution and green technology.

The waveform stove furnace is an important part of the WNS series of oil-fired/gas-fired boiler. This part is directly exposed to the radiation of high-temperature flame and erosion of high-temperature flue gas. The use of the axial expansion and contraction of waveform stove furnace can reduce the thermal stress generated by the shell, tube plate and furnace itself, and more importantly, reduce the stress concentration caused by the elongation of furnace at the connection between furnace and tube plate. At the same time, the waveform stove furnace strengthens the flue gas disturbance, effectively improves the heat transfer effect of unit area and volume, and further improves the thermal efficiency of boiler, biomass supercritical steam boiler.
