The shipment of the gas-fired boiler

Recently, ZOZEN YQW series thermal oil heaters gained favor of SOTRATECH in Mauritius, which is an energy company engaged in utilization and development of sustainable energy. This time SOTRATECH wanted to purchase one thermal oil heater for a local textile mill, providing heat energy for dying, printing, drying and other production progresses. The director of SOTRATECH said that ZOZEN thermal oil heater featured advanced production technology and strict quality test standards, then he ordered a set of 2.8MW YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater from ZOZEN.

ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

10 tph gas steam boiler, ZOZEN is the first in China to adopt arched tube sheet and threaded smoke tube structure. Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years. After continuous optimization, its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke pipe, which increases heat conduction.
