The SZL series coal-fired steam boiler is safe and efficient with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. It is one of ZOZEN’s patented products. This product is composed of upper and lower parts. The upper part is the heating surface of the body while the lower part is the combustion equipment. The capacity is 4-35 tph. It is a horizontal double drum longitudinal chain grate boiler.It has the characteristics of wide coal adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency, cost pf boiler.

ZOZEN’s YLW series thermal oil heater is developed based on chain grate. It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, suitable for various production processes such as dyeing, drying, slashing and printing which require high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply. The YLW series boiler also can realize the precise temperature control via advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to greatly improve the heat energy utilization rate. Recently, Kay & Emms has decided to upgrade the production equipment and signed a cooperative agreement with ZOZEN on the YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater project.

ZOZEN’s coal-fired boilers have the technical advantages of sufficient output, low emission and energy saving with a high degree of automation to realize the mechanization of fuel supply, ash and slag discharges. More importantly, the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boiler system designed by ZOZEN is 5% higher than that of other normal boiler system. ZOZEN’s coal-fired boilers also have wide fuel adaptability: cfb boilers can use coal, gangue, garbage, sludge and so on while chain grate boilers can use bitumite, meagre coal, anthracite and so on, cost pf boiler.

The waveform stove furnace is an important part of the WNS series of oil-fired/gas-fired boiler. This part is directly exposed to the radiation of high-temperature flame and erosion of high-temperature flue gas. The use of the axial expansion and contraction of waveform stove furnace can reduce the thermal stress generated by the shell, tube plate and furnace itself, and more importantly, reduce the stress concentration caused by the elongation of furnace at the connection between furnace and tube plate. At the same time, the waveform stove furnace strengthens the flue gas disturbance, effectively improves the heat transfer effect of unit area and volume, and further improves the thermal efficiency of boiler.
