ZOZEN’s molten salt boiler is a kind of boiler that uses a mixture of molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heat transfer medium. It is a kind of straight-flow special industrial boiler that uses a molten salt circulating pump to force liquid phase circulation, transfer the heat energy to heating equipment and then return to the boiler for further heating circulation. It is highly-efficient and energy-saving with a thermal efficiency of over 95%, and it also can obtain an ultra-high working temperature of 350-580℃ under a lower operating pressure. The whole boiler system is mainly composed of molten salt circulation system, combustion system and heating system.

Recently, ZOZEN YQW series thermal oil heaters gained favor of SOTRATECH in Mauritius, which is an energy company engaged in utilization and development of sustainable energy. This time SOTRATECH wanted to purchase one thermal oil heater for a local textile mill, providing heat energy for dying, printing, drying and other production progresses. The director of SOTRATECH said that ZOZEN thermal oil heater featured advanced production technology and strict quality test standards, then he ordered a set of 2.8MW YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater from ZOZEN.

The furnace has large radiation area, small maintenance workload and light overall weight. In order to improve the coal applicability of industrial boilers, ZOZEN Boiler designs adiabatic furnace, water-cooled furnace, adiabatic arch, water-cooled arch, etc., and chooses different furnace structures according to calorific value, volatile content and coking characteristic index of coal provided by customers.

During the production process, the CNC cutting rate of ZOZEN has reached more than 80%, which provides a strong guarantee for the welding and assembly quality of the boiler. Compared with flame cutting, the underwater plasma cutting used by ZOZEN has no deformation and splashing, which further improves the assembly accuracy between the components of the boiler, thereby achieving accurate assembly of the entire boiler, new cheema boilers.
