120 ton boiler, the unique grate plate design of ZOZEN boiler ensures smooth operation of the grate

Recently, ZOZEN successfully entered the Jordan market again. Established in 2003, Classic Fashion Apparel Industry is a Jordanian company that mainly produces high-quality garments with fine craftsmanship. The company decided to import multiple sets of hot water boilers from China under the "Belt and Road" policy. Relying on excellent product quality and good market reputation, ZOZEN successfully seized this opportunity and reached a cooperation agreement with the company.

The SZL series coal-fired steam boiler is safe and efficient with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. It is one of ZOZEN’s patented products. This product is composed of upper and lower parts. The upper part is the heating surface of the body while the lower part is the combustion equipment. The capacity is 4-35 tph. It is a horizontal double drum longitudinal chain grate boiler.It has the characteristics of wide coal adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.

Recently, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of the textile giant in Pakistan Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd and provided 5 million cal YLW series coal fired chain grate thermal oil heater for the company. The oil heater can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc.

120 ton boiler, The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

Starting from the steel sheet blanking, every key process of ZOZEN adopts advanced CNC processing technology, which ensures the quality of the boiler and shortens the delivery time. Efficient automated production lines, sufficient raw material stocking, and scientific 6S on-site management ensure that multiple SZS series gas-fired hot water boilers are delivered with high quality within the agreed time.
