On September 30, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the "Energy Efficiency Star" Product Catalog (2018) on its official website. The thermal oil heater is also known as an organic heat carrier boiler. It uses the thermal oil as a heat medium and uses a hot oil circulation pump to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase. After transferring the thermal energy to the heating equipment, the thermal oil returns to the furnace to be reheated. With the feature of low-pressure and high-temperature heating, the thermal oil heater has wide applications. The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

The longitudinal and circumferential seam welding of ZOZEN adopts advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to ensure the welding quality. All longitudinal and circumferential seams are subjected to 100% radiographic inspection.
