Under the background of increasingly fierce market competition and rising comprehensive costs, Mengniu Dairy always adheres to the concept of sustainable development. When purchasing boiler equipment, it uses clean energy natural gas as fuel to reduce environmental pollution. So far, Mengniu Dairy has purchased more than ten sets of WNS series gas-fired steam boilers from ZOZEN, 16 tph steam boiler.

ZOZEN vertical lathe can maintain high working accuracy for a long time

ZOZEN’s YLW series solid fuel fired boiler is a kind of square coil horizontal chain grate assembled boiler. The chain grate realizes mechanical coal feeding, forced and induced draft fans provide mechanical ventilation, and slag discharger realizes mechanical slagging. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, low pressure and high temperature, safety and high efficiency of over 85%.

This time, GOTEC Group built a new plant in Toluca, Mexico, to expand its world map. As the important energy equipment for a new plant, the efficient and stable operation of the gas-fired hot water boilers would directly affect the company’s production efficiency and product quality. Based on previous friendly cooperation with ZOZEN, GOTEC Group appreciated ZOZEN’s WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler. Aiming at the characteristics of load changes in the actual production process of the Mexican plant, ZOZEN equipped the easy-to-operate PLC automatic control system for the boilers. The PLC automatic control system adopts advanced frequency conversion technology and fuzzy control technology to achieve high-efficiency and energy-saving operation by changing the gas volume of the boiler. After the automatic function is turned on, the controller can also automatically control the system according to the mode set by the user to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.

The biomass-fired boilers produced by ZOZEN have wide fuel adaptability to a variety of fuels such as biomass pellets, wood chips, palm shells, straws, etc. According to different fuel characteristics, ZOZEN technicians optimize the design of feed hopper, width and length of grate, speed of grate reduction gears, ratio of primary and secondary air, position and direction of secondary air outlet to ensure the highly-efficient, energy-saving and stable operation of boiler.

After the raw materials are transported to the workshop, steel plates will be precisely cut by the plasma cutting machine according to design drawings. The cut steel plates after finishing three processes of rust removing, edge milling and chamfering will be rolled into workpieces for making drums by this advanced four-axis rolling machine. ZOZEN’s CNC rolling machine can complete the rolling of a drum shell within 90 seconds with a largest thickness of 100mm, an out-of-roundness and angular deviation within 1mm. Its advantages include the predeformation and cylindrical rolling of two plate ends via one-time load, arc work, shaping and leveling work on the sheet metal. It has the effects of direct pre-bending, saving time and materials to ensure the smooth progress of next welding process and further ensure the welding quality, 16 tph steam boiler.
