Jindal Group is a world-renowned manufacturer and supplier of steel pipe products and fittings. With the expansion of its sales network, Jindal is preparing to build a ductile iron pipe production plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Boiler, as the thermal energy equipment of the factory, is an indispensable part in the construction of the factory area. The person in charge of Jindal immediately contacted ZOZEN. Considering that the United Arab Emirates is rich in natural gas resources, ZOZEN recommended  its energy-saving and environmentally friendly WNS series gas boilers for Jindal.

ZOZEN’s YQ(Y)W series oil-fired/gas-fired vertical thermal oil heater adopts three-pass round coil structure whose end adopts conical coil which can effectively protect the furnace wall at the end of boiler. It is equipped with advanced combustion device with good energy saving and environmental protection performance. Rashid Paper Mills Ltd., established in September of 2016, is a paper manufacturer of the well-known Rashid Group in Bangladesh. It mainly produces various types of paper used for writing, printing and offset printing. It currently has two independent production lines with a daily production capacity of 200 tons of paper. It also exports high-quality paper to overseas market. In order to ensure the heat source supply of paper production lines, Rashid Paper Mills Ltd. chose to introduce the advanced ZZ series medium-temperature and medium-pressure boiler from China with a rated pressure as high as 3.82 Mpa and sufficient high-temperature steam supply.

The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming, coal 10 ton boiler thermax.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine.
