The ZOZEN WNS series oil-fired steam boiler was successfully delivered to the capital of Caracas, Venezuela in early June. ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers with a two-pass or three-pass design. It uses threaded smoke tube for heat transfer and manages to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%. The economizer is installed at the tail of boiler, giving the boiler a compact size. Meanwhile, sound automatic control system enables unattended operation.
ZOZEN’s YLW series coal-fired/biomass-fired thermal oil heater has wide fuel adaptability to various kinds of coal and biomass. The boiler’s heat exchange surface adopts square coil structure with more sufficient heating surface and higher thermal efficiency. With the flue gas waste heat system, the thermal efficiency can reach to 85%. Meanwhile, advanced measurement and control systems of oil temperature, smoke temperature and oil pressure can ensure the long-time and stable operation of the thermal oil heater. ZOZEN has successfully provided the stable heat source for the forming and drying processes in the production of laundry soap, bath soap and other products of Azhar Corporation (Pvt) Ltd..
ZOZEN’s coal-fired boilers have the technical advantages of sufficient output, low emission and energy saving with a high degree of automation to realize the mechanization of fuel supply, ash and slag discharges. More importantly, the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boiler system designed by ZOZEN is 5% higher than that of other normal boiler system. ZOZEN’s coal-fired boilers also have wide fuel adaptability: cfb boilers can use coal, gangue, garbage, sludge and so on while chain grate boilers can use bitumite, meagre coal, anthracite and so on.
The cold working, also known as “iron tailor”, is a kind of comprehensive technology to process metal sheet material, tubular product and proximate matter into various kinds of products without changing the cross section characteristics, which includes straightening, laying off, blanking, cutting, bending, stamping, assembling, riveting, welding, etc. At ZOZEN’s production lines, the number of cold working workers is the largest except that of welding workers.
