The upper part is the heating surface of the body while the lower part is the combustion equipment. The capacity is 4-35 tph. The steam boiler supplies adequate steam support for multiple production processes including drying, profiling and vulcanizing of the rubber industry. Jiangsu General Science Technology Co., Ltd. is a modern high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of tires, it built a new production base in Thailand in January 2019. After various comparisons and investigations, General Science ordered SZL series biomass steam boiler from ZOZEN, which has the advantages of compact structure, safety and efficiency, and sufficient output. 

The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

The key processing technologies of the steel plate of ZOZEN gas fired boiler, such as the slanting of the steel plate, the circle, and the drilling of the drum, all adopt advanced CNC processing technology to reduce assembly stress and extend the service life of the boiler. Process to ensure welding quality, all longitudinal and circumferential welds are 100% radiographically inspected.
