ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) technology is a new and mature coal cleaning technology with high efficiency and low pollution. The circulating fluidized bed belongs to low-temperature combustion, so it effectively reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx, only about 100mg/Nm3) and realizes direct desulfurization during the combustion process with high desulfurization efficiency. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (89%), large load adjustment range, fast load adjustment speed, low failure rate and long operation cycle.

ZOZEN’s oil-fired/gas-fired skid-mounted steam boiler has obvious advantages of integrated skid-mounted delivery, compact structure and cost saving, which immediately attracted the attention and favor of the Myanmar Factory of Xindaxin Food after it came onto the market. ZOZEN had completed the customization of full set of skid-mounted boiler system to meet the actual requirements of the factory. After it is delivered to the boiler room of the Myanmar factory, it can run automatically with water, electricity and oil supply when the start button is pressed.

The boiler features a drainage system of condensation water in convection zone to prevent the corrosion of furnace body by acid condensate. This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine.
