Recently, three sets of customized ZOZEN gas-fired boilers have been delivered after passing the quality tests. Since its foundation in 1996, Happy Alliance (M) Sdn Bhd has developed into one of the leading Nata De Coco manufacturers in Malaysia. It has established the well-known brand Captain Dolphin. Steam boiler is used to provide heat source for the production processes of cooking, drying, and sterilizing in food industry. In order to save the fuel cost, Happy Alliance (M) SdnBhd decided to use coconut shells as boiler fuel. In this case, ZOZEN’s engineers recommended one set of 4 tph biomass-fired fire tube boiler for the company, high efficiency biomass steam boilers.

The IoT solution of ZOZEN Boiler has multiple subsystems such as equipment monitoring, expert management and so on. The boiler operator can monitor the overall operating status of boiler in real time through PC, APP and large screen, which realizes the real-time upload of fault alarms and video monitoring. At the same time, a boiler expert management knowledge base is established for common problems and treatment measures during boiler’s operation, which makes it possible for plan checking and expert online diagnosis, realizes the intelligent and precise management of each production base and further reduces the operating cost and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
