9000kg h coal fired boiler, ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater is of square coil tube vertical type chain grate, it consists of two separate parts - chain grate stoker and heater body. After erection on site, it only needs to connect to thermal oil piping and electricity to start operation. The heater adopts chain grate to perform mechanical fuel feeding, equipped with FD fan and ID fan for air ventilation, and also equipped with slay discharger to remove the bottom slag.

ZOZEN’s YLW series coal-fired/biomass-fired thermal oil heater has wide fuel adaptability to various kinds of coal and biomass. The boiler’s heat exchange surface adopts square coil structure with more sufficient heating surface and higher thermal efficiency. With the flue gas waste heat system, the thermal efficiency can reach to 85%. Meanwhile, advanced measurement and control systems of oil temperature, smoke temperature and oil pressure can ensure the long-time and stable operation of the thermal oil heater. ZOZEN has successfully provided the stable heat source for the forming and drying processes in the production of laundry soap, bath soap and other products of Azhar Corporation (Pvt) Ltd., 9000kg h coal fired boiler.

ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine, 9000kg h coal fired boiler.
