To carry out the standardization work, ZOZEN Boiler with experts from the consulting project team organized a series of internal training courses for the administrative staff and relevant personnel to learn theoretical knowledge, deepen their concepts and master the methods about procedure and specification.

The condensate water draining performance plays an essential role in the normal operation of gas-fired boiler to prevent the emission of steam when condensate water, air and carbon dioxide are discharged. Intended to realize a better effect of water draining and steam holding, ZOZEN Boiler’s technical team improved the original boiler structure for excellent condensate water draining performance to reduce energy consumption and cut down production cost for the enterprise.

By technological innovation, ZOZEN has designed a new generation biomass-fired boiler, and is suitable for all kinds of biomass materials (such as: rice husk, wood bits, palm shell, cotton straw etc.) to have burning experiment, the result will be the basis of design. Advantages: Full combustion of fuel, increase comprehensive heating efficiency of boiler.

Recently, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of the textile giant in Pakistan Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd and provided 5 million cal YLW series coal fired chain grate thermal oil heater for the company. The oil heater can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc.

ZOZEN Boiler has invested a lot of technical force in improving boiler’s energy-saving performance. The structure and operating principle of organic heat carrier boiler cause that the exhaust gas temperature at its end is around 300°C and result in a huge waste of heat energy. In order to reduce heat loss, ZOZEN technicians add a variety of energy-saving devices at the end of boiler’s flue gas duct to improve the overall thermal efficiency of organic heat carrier boiler through the recovery and utilization of high-temperature flue gas, which helps many companies to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction, oil heating hot water boiler.

After the raw materials are transported to the workshop, steel plates will be precisely cut by the plasma cutting machine according to design drawings. The cut steel plates after finishing three processes of rust removing, edge milling and chamfering will be rolled into workpieces for making drums by this advanced four-axis rolling machine. ZOZEN’s CNC rolling machine can complete the rolling of a drum shell within 90 seconds with a largest thickness of 100mm, an out-of-roundness and angular deviation within 1mm. Its advantages include the predeformation and cylindrical rolling of two plate ends via one-time load, arc work, shaping and leveling work on the sheet metal. It has the effects of direct pre-bending, saving time and materials to ensure the smooth progress of next welding process and further ensure the welding quality, oil heating hot water boiler.
