The SZL series coal-fired steam boiler is safe and efficient with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. It is one of ZOZEN’s patented products. This product is composed of upper and lower parts. The upper part is the heating surface of the body while the lower part is the combustion equipment. The capacity is 4-35 tph. It is a horizontal double drum longitudinal chain grate boiler.It has the characteristics of wide coal adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.

ZOZEN’s oil-fired/gas-fired skid-mounted steam boiler has obvious advantages of integrated skid-mounted delivery, compact structure and cost saving, which immediately attracted the attention and favor of the Myanmar Factory of Xindaxin Food after it came onto the market. ZOZEN had completed the customization of full set of skid-mounted boiler system to meet the actual requirements of the factory. After it is delivered to the boiler room of the Myanmar factory, it can run automatically with water, electricity and oil supply when the start button is pressed.

The furnace of ZOZEN SZL series coal fired boilers adopts a close-packed a close-packed arrangement of water wall tubes. The application of close-packed water wall in furnace design changes the traditional structural form of the original industrial boiler furnace water-wall, effectively preventing high-temperature flue gas from scouring and radiating the furnace.
