ZOZEN’s YQ(Y)W series oil-fired/gas-fired vertical thermal oil heater adopts three-pass round coil structure whose end adopts conical coil which can effectively protect the furnace wall at the end of boiler. Recently, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of the textile giant in Pakistan Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd and provided 5 million cal YLW series coal fired chain grate thermal oil heater for the company. The oil heater can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc, coal hot oil heater.

The furnace of ZOZEN SZL series coal fired boilers adopts a close-packed a close-packed arrangement of water wall tubes. The application of close-packed water wall in furnace design changes the traditional structural form of the original industrial boiler furnace water-wall, effectively preventing high-temperature flue gas from scouring and radiating the furnace. Furnace radiation area is large, maintenance workload is small, overall weight is light.

The advanced automatic welding equipment completes the automatic welding of longitudinal and circular seams under the tracking of the photoelectric system, which not only improves the efficiency but also effectively guarantees the welding quality.
