ZOZEN molten salt heaters use molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. Molten salt heater will heat the powder salt over the melting point until the viscosity of the molten salt allows circulating pump works, after the whole system is under circulating condition, then feed then into the thermal fluid heater for further circulating rising temperature to make it to be recycling used. Normal media working temperature is 400-550℃, top working temperature could reach 600℃, 7 ton pellet industrial steam boiler.

This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion.
