In June of 2020, according to the development strategy of overseas market, ZOZEN Boiler made a in-depth communication and negotiation with ESCOM in Mexico and two sides reached an agreement on the cooperation details.

ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers with a two-pass or three-pass design. It uses threaded smoke tube for heat transfer and manages to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%. The economizer is installed at the tail of boiler, giving the boiler a compact size. Meanwhile, sound automatic control system enables unattended operation.

The main advantage of circulating fluidized bed boilers lies in the direct control of pollutant discharge during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The furnace temperature of a conventional boiler is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while the furnace temperature of a circulating fluidized bed boiler is in the lower range of 800-900°C, which can reduce the generation of NOx; meanwhile, SOx can be removed during fuel combustion by adding low-cost limestone in the circulating fluidized bed boiler, commercial water heavy oil boiler.

The boiler body adopts high-quality aluminum silicate fiber and fire clay to keep the temperature of boiler body below 45℃ and effectively control the heat loss.
