Recently, as a leading enterprise in the domestic industrial boiler manufacturing industry, ZOZEN has successfully passed the examination of Jiangsu Market Supervision and Administration Bureau and has acquired the permission to engage in the installation, maintenance and reconstruction project of pressure-bearing special equipment with a sub project of boiler installation (A grade), which is valid until the August 7, 2024.

The boiler is mainly composed of upper and lower drums, convection tube bundles, water-cooled wall tubes, downcomers and headers. The upper and lower drums are longitudinal arranged. The combustion equipment adopts the chain grate with chain belt and is driven by a stepless speed change device.

ZOZEN’s YLW series thermal oil heater is developed based on chain grate. It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, suitable for various production processes such as dyeing, drying, slashing and printing which require high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply. The YLW series boiler also can realize the precise temperature control via advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to greatly improve the heat energy utilization rate. Recently, Kay & Emms has decided to upgrade the production equipment and signed a cooperative agreement with ZOZEN on the YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater project, corn oil fired boiler.

Scaling, abrasion, burning front arch and feeding hopper are common problems of biomass-fired boilers, ZOZEN increased height of furnace, fastening the speed of stoker, input ash blowing unit at convection area, and automatic ash cleaning system at the bottom of stoker, so the above problems are all solved, it reduced much maintaining personnel’s work. The welding of the smoke tube and tube sheet adopts pre-expansion first to eliminate the gap between the tube and tube sheet, and then adopts the automatic argon arc welding technology, which can effectively eliminate the stress and extend the service life of the boiler.
