After ESCOM officially became ZOZEN’s dealer in Mexico, ZOZEN provided professional technical training for ESCOM to ensure ESCOM can provide professional and high-quality service for local customers, low pressure steam boilers.

low pressure steam boilers, ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater is of square coil tube vertical type chain grate, it consists of two separate parts - chain grate stoker and heater body. After erection on site, it only needs to connect to thermal oil piping and electricity to start operation. The heater adopts chain grate to perform mechanical fuel feeding, equipped with FD fan and ID fan for air ventilation, and also equipped with slay discharger to remove the bottom slag.

ZOZEN’s oil-fired/gas-fired skid-mounted steam boiler has obvious advantages of integrated skid-mounted delivery, compact structure and cost saving, which immediately attracted the attention and favor of the Myanmar Factory of Xindaxin Food after it came onto the market. ZOZEN had completed the customization of full set of skid-mounted boiler system to meet the actual requirements of the factory. After it is delivered to the boiler room of the Myanmar factory, it can run automatically with water, electricity and oil supply when the start button is pressed.

The biomass-fired boilers produced by ZOZEN have wide fuel adaptability to a variety of fuels such as biomass pellets, wood chips, palm shells, straws, etc. According to different fuel characteristics, ZOZEN technicians optimize the design of feed hopper, width and length of grate, speed of grate reduction gears, ratio of primary and secondary air, position and direction of secondary air outlet to ensure the highly-efficient, energy-saving and stable operation of boiler.
