Recently, benefiting from its solid comprehensive strength, ZOZEN reached cooperation with Sinochem Exploration International Petroleum Company, and successfully settled the boiler project in Colombia. SPIC Columbia is a subsidiary of Sinochem Group's petroleum exploration and development business, dedicated to the exploration and development of long-term oil in Colombia. Boilers are essential equipment for oil exploration.

ZOZEN’s YQ(Y)L series oil-fired/gas-fired vertical thermal oil heater adopts three-pass round coil structure whose end adopts conical coil which can effectively protect the furnace wall at the end of boiler. It is equipped with advanced combustion device with good energy saving and environmental protection performance. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, low pressure and high temperature, safety and efficiency, high thermal efficiency over 95%, and complete automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.

In the rubber industry, steam boilers are widely used in the processes of rubber calendering, vulcanizing and drying. PT.Industri Karet Deli is a large rubber enterprise in Indonesia, it planned to upgrade production equipment to improve their core competence. The company contacted ZOZEN and signed the purchase contract of SZL 20 tph SZL series coal-fired boiler. This series of water tube boilers adopts unique grate bars and appropriate air registers to ensure the stable running of boilers and improve the thermal efficiency, 14 ton heavy oil fired steam boiler.

The grate bracket adopts double brackets, the lower channel steel, the upper light rail, the upper heat, the lower force, which has changed the structure of the traditional grate bracket angle steel plus friction bar, the grate bracket is not deformed. The active stoker is operated on the light rail and it is tested in the cold state for 48 hours before leaving the factory. Never run sideways, stuck, which ensure the smooth operation of the stoker.

ZOZEN Boiler has set up seven process stop points that are material re-inspection, material inspection number transfer, plate welding test, heat treatment, pre-expansion before welding, flaw detection inspection, hydrostatic test, which are inspected by seven responsible engineers. If any link is unqualified, it will not be able to proceed to the next process, which ensures that each ZOZEN boiler has the high quality.
