The main advantage of circulating fluidized bed boilers lies in the direct control of pollutant discharge during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The furnace temperature of a conventional boiler is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while the furnace temperature of a circulating fluidized bed boiler is in the lower range of 800-900°C, which can reduce the generation of NOx; meanwhile, SOx can be removed during fuel combustion by adding low-cost limestone in the circulating fluidized bed boiler, grant condensing oil boilers.

ZOZEN thermal oil heater is equipped with a variety of waste heat recovery devices.
