ZOZEN Boiler Lean Factory Standardization Project officially started orderly. 1 4mw coal fired hot water boiler, ZOZEN’s coal-fired boilers have the technical advantages of sufficient output, low emission and energy saving with a high degree of automation to realize the mechanization of fuel supply, ash and slag discharges. More importantly, the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boiler system designed by ZOZEN is 5% higher than that of other normal boiler system. ZOZEN’s coal-fired boilers also have wide fuel adaptability: cfb boilers can use coal, gangue, garbage, sludge and so on while chain grate boilers can use bitumite, meagre coal, anthracite and so on.

The longitudinal and circumferential seam welding of ZOZEN adopts advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to ensure the welding quality. All longitudinal and circumferential seams are subjected to 100% radiographic inspection, 1 4mw coal fired hot water boiler.
