China Academy of Space Technology is China's main space technology and product development base. Recently, the overall boiler system solution customized for the base by ZOZEN was highly efficient and environmentally friendly, which was more than 5% higher than the average measured thermal efficiency of conventional boiler systems in the industry. Therefore, ZOZEN won unanimous praise from the review experts, and finally realized the first cooperation with the China Academy of Space Technology, 1 ton series boiler.

ZOZEN molten salt heaters use molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. Molten salt heater will heat the powder salt over the melting point until the viscosity of the molten salt allows circulating pump works, after the whole system is under circulating condition, then feed then into the thermal fluid heater for further circulating rising temperature to make it to be recycling used. Normal media working temperature is 400-550℃, top working temperature could reach 600℃, 1 ton series boiler.

The thermal oil heater is also known as an organic heat carrier boiler. It uses the thermal oil as a heat medium and uses a hot oil circulation pump to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase. After transferring the thermal energy to the heating equipment, the thermal oil returns to the furnace to be reheated. With the feature of low-pressure and high-temperature heating, the thermal oil heater has wide applications. ZOZEN has provided thermal oil heaters to many building material companies, such as Huayuan Mineral Wool Board, Ameisizhuang Mineral Wool Board, Shanghai High-New Science & Technology and etc.

ZOZEN biomass-fired boilers have wide fuel adaptability and reasonable structures according to different fuel characteristics to ensure the smooth, high-efficiency and energy-saving boiler operation. Meanwhile, ZOZEN Boiler takes the lead in solving the problems of traditional biomass-fired boilers such as ashing, coking, abrasion, front arch burnout and hopper burning, 1 ton series boiler.
