The base of ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler adopts the separate air chambers to make the fuel on the grate is in a good combustion state. The air dampers design further ensures the sufficient fuel combustion and improves fuel utilization. In addition, DZL series coal-fired boiler realizes the stepless speed regulation of the grate via the advanced electrical control. It also has the functions such as absolute rating alarm and interlock protection to ensure the safe operation of the whole boiler system.
ZOZEN’s YLW series coal-fired/biomass-fired thermal oil heater has wide fuel adaptability to various kinds of coal and biomass. The boiler’s heat exchange surface adopts square coil structure with more sufficient heating surface and higher thermal efficiency. With the flue gas waste heat system, the thermal efficiency can reach to 85%. Meanwhile, advanced measurement and control systems of oil temperature, smoke temperature and oil pressure can ensure the long-time and stable operation of the thermal oil heater. The main advantage of circulating fluidized bed boilers lies in the direct control of pollutant discharge during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The furnace temperature of a conventional boiler is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while the furnace temperature of a circulating fluidized bed boiler is in the lower range of 800-900°C, which can reduce the generation of NOx; meanwhile, SOx can be removed during fuel combustion by adding low-cost limestone in the circulating fluidized bed boiler.
The grate bracket of ZOZEN chain grate boilers adopts double-layer bracket. The upper layer uses light rail while the lower layer uses channel steel. The upper layer is heated while the lower layer is stressed. This has changed the traditional grate bracket structure which uses angle steel and friction bars and can avoid deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail.
