ZOZEN Boiler Lean Factory Standardization Project officially started orderly. To carry out the standardization work, ZOZEN Boiler with experts from the consulting project team organized a series of internal training courses for the administrative staff and relevant personnel to learn theoretical knowledge, deepen their concepts and master the methods about procedure and specification.

Passing the certificate renewal examination of Special Equipment Production Licence of the People’s Republic of China provides the qualification guarantee for ZOZEN’s participation in the whole product life circle of industrial boiler’s installation, maintenance and construction.

ZOZEN’s YQ(Y)L series oil-fired/gas-fired vertical thermal oil heater adopts three-pass round coil structure whose end adopts conical coil which can effectively protect the furnace wall at the end of boiler. It is equipped with advanced combustion device with good energy saving and environmental protection performance. Due to the growing market demands, Zubair Feeds Private Limited in Pakistan decided to purchase one more efficient steam boiler to supply sufficient heat source for the production line. To reduce the fuel costs, the company added rice husk into the coal as boiler fuel for co-firing. ZOZEN provided the boiler solution of SZL series steam boiler system  to meet their actual demand, achieving the goal of promoting the cyclic utilization of biological resources as well as improving the economic benefits. 

ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

In order to further improve the company’s operating structure, deepen the enterprise reform and accelerate the management upgrade, ZOZEN Boiler has vigorously promoted the information management software module since 2018 with an aim to fully realize the paperless intelligent production line within two years, so each process can be supervised and each boiler part can be traced.
