In June of 2020, according to the development strategy of overseas market, ZOZEN Boiler made a in-depth communication and negotiation with ESCOM in Mexico and two sides reached an agreement on the cooperation details. After ESCOM officially became ZOZEN’s dealer in Mexico, ZOZEN provided professional technical training for ESCOM to ensure ESCOM can provide professional and high-quality service for local customers.

The SZS series gas-fired steam boiler produced by ZOZEN Boiler adopts the D-type and full membrane wall structure. The large furnace space ensures the sufficient combustion of the fuel and has good gas tightness. Meanwhile, the furnace body is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber and refractory mud for insulation to control the furnace body temperature below 45℃ and control the heat loss; with the additional energy-saving device at the end of the flue gas duct, the boiler thermal efficiency can be improved to more than 98%.

Recently, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of the textile giant in Pakistan Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd and provided 5 million cal YLW series coal fired chain grate thermal oil heater for the company. The oil heater can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc.

assembled steam boiler, The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years. After continuous optimization, its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke pipe, which increases heat conduction.
