The large furnace space ensures the sufficient combustion of the fuel and has good gas tightness. Meanwhile, the furnace body is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber and refractory mud for insulation to control the furnace body temperature below 45℃ and control the heat loss; with the additional energy-saving device at the end of the flue gas duct, the boiler thermal efficiency can be improved to more than 98%.

Scaling, abrasion, burning front arch and feeding hopper are common problems of biomass-fired boilers, ZOZEN increased height of furnace, fastening the speed of stoker, input ash blowing unit at convection area, and automatic ash cleaning system at the bottom of stoker, so the above problems are all solved, it reduced much maintaining personnel’s work. ZOZEN is the first in China to adopt arched tube sheet and threaded smoke tube structure. Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years. After continuous optimization, its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke pipe, which increases heat conduction.

According to the actual production demands of Lenzing (Nanjing) Fiber Co., Ltd., ZOZEN Boiler recommended the SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers. This series of steam boiler adopts the large-volume furnace to ensure the sufficient fuel combustion. Combined with an advanced low-NOx burner, it can easily achieve the low emission of NOx, which meets the environmental protection requirements of Lenzing Group. At the same time, in order to improve the boiler thermal efficiency, it not only uses the high-quality aluminum silicate fibers for the furnace body, but also uses high-temperature refractory mud for heat preservation. With the additional energy-saving equipment at the end of the flue gas duct, the boiler thermal efficiency is as high as 98% to save the operating costs.

In order to attack the COVID-19, ZOZEN Boiler gave priority to medical materials manufacturing enterprises and other units on product supply. ZOZEN had completed the delivery of boiler proper and auxiliary machinery of WNS oil-fired steam boiler in two batches on March 18 and April 2.
