ZOZEN Boiler Lean Factory Standardization Project officially started orderly. To carry out the standardization work, ZOZEN Boiler with experts from the consulting project team organized a series of internal training courses for the administrative staff and relevant personnel to learn theoretical knowledge, deepen their concepts and master the methods about procedure and specification.

On December 16, the owner and agents made a field visit of the informationalized plant of ZOZEN Boiler, and formally signed a purchasing contract with ZOZEN Boiler on the WNS series gas-fired hot water boilers.

The DZL series coal-fired horizontal three-pass water-fire tube chain grate boiler is pre-assembled boiler which is safe and efficient with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. The boiler body is a single drum longitudinal layout. Thread smoke tubes in the drum form the convection heating surface while the drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface of the furnace. The combustion equipment adopts the light chain grate. It has the characteristics of wide coal adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.

The furnace of ZOZEN’s SZL series coal-fired boiler adopts a closely arranged water-cooled wall tube structure, which effectively prevents the erosion and radiation of high-temperature flue gas for the furnace. The furnace has large radiation area, small maintenance workload and light overall weight. In order to improve the coal applicability of industrial boilers, ZOZEN Boiler designs adiabatic furnace, water-cooled furnace, adiabatic arch, water-cooled arch, etc., and chooses different furnace structures according to calorific value, volatile content and coking characteristic index of coal provided by customers, fired circulating fluidized bed boiler.

In the production process, the CNC rate of cutting materials of ZOZEN Boiler has reached over 80%, which provides a strong guarantee for the quality of boiler welding and assembly. Compared with flame cutting, the underwater plasma cutting used by ZOZEN Boiler has no deformation and splashing, which further improves the assembly accuracy of boiler components, thereby realizing the precise assembly of the entire boiler. In addition, in terms of pre-welding treatment, ZOZEN Boiler strives for excellence. The three processes of grinding and rust removal, edge milling, and chamfering on vertical lathe can eliminate a large number of pores in the welding seams to ensure the welding quality.

The complete set of WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler system customized by ZOZEN Boiler for Jilin Mingde Education adopts the corrugated furnace which not only increases the strength and flexibility of the furnace, but also enhances the flue gas disturbance to effectively improve the heat transfer effect. The threaded smoke tube with advanced manufacturing technology has been continuously optimized to effectively absorb the flame energy, and its heat transfer coefficient is 1.2 times higher than that of ordinary smoke tube. At the same time, with the additional finned tube condenser at the end of the flue gas duct, the exhaust gas temperature can be lowered and the boiler thermal efficiency can be as high as over 95%. According to the energy efficiency test conducted by the Thermal Energy Testing Center of the Special Inspection Institute, the performance indicators of the WNS series gas-fired boiler are higher than design requirements and have reached the advanced level at home and abroad, fired circulating fluidized bed boiler.
