ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater is a kind of horizontal square-coil chain grate boiler. It is pre-assembled, so the chain grate and boiler proper are separated for shipment. The boiler adopts the chain grate for mechanical coal feeding, the forced and induced draft fans for mechanical ventilation and the slag discharger for mechanical slag discharge. During operation, the fuel falls from the coal hopper onto the grate for combustion. The high-temperature flue gas is reflected from the back arch to the front of the furnace and enters the furnace. After the radiant heat exchange, it enters the convective heating surface for convective heat exchange and then goes to the waste heat boiler, air preheater and dust collector. Finally, the flue gas is drawn by the induced draft fan through the chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere.

The main advantage of ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed boiler lies in the direct control of pollutant emission during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion, high technology gas oil fuel steamhot water boiler generator.

The automated numerical control coil production line of ZOZEN ensures that the coil is one-time formation. ZOZEN also has national patented hydraulic shaping equipment, a 90-degree flip hydraulic test platform, hydraulic lift, 360-degree rotating ultra-high-precision assembly production lines, and a large number of highly qualified technical workers, which ensure the manufacturing quality and prolong the service life of boilers.

In September, ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired boiler provided for Inner Mongolia Jinshan Mining had been debugged and put into operation smoothly. The boiler has a higher furnace and reasonable grate rotate speed to ensure the sufficient fuel combustion and improve the thermal efficiency to 88% and above. At the same time, the boiler convention area is also equipped with an ash removal device independently developed by ZOZEN which not only has good tightness, but also greatly reduces the workload of the boiler operation and maintenance personnel, so as to help Jinshan Mining achieve clean production and build a green mine.
