Through the cooperation with French BV certification, Alibaba can comprehensively studied and judged the company’s product capability, quality control capability, R&D capability and trade capability. It shows that ZOZEN Boiler has a strong comprehensive strength and all indicators fully meet the certification standards for boiler exports.

ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers with a two-pass or three-pass design. It uses threaded smoke tube for heat transfer and manages to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%. The economizer is installed at the tail of boiler, giving the boiler a compact size. Meanwhile, sound automatic control system enables unattended operation, outdoor coal boiler.

The structural design focuses more on details. The sealing of both sides of membrane wall and drums adopt comb plate. The boiler features a drainage system of condensation water in convection zone to prevent the corrosion of furnace body by acid condensate. Advantages: reduce the frequent maintenance of furnace and extend the boiler working life.

During the production process, the CNC cutting rate of ZOZEN has reached more than 80%, which provides a strong guarantee for the welding and assembly quality of the boiler. Compared with flame cutting, the underwater plasma cutting used by ZOZEN has no deformation and splashing, which further improves the assembly accuracy between the components of the boiler, thereby achieving accurate assembly of the entire boiler.

Steam boilers provide thermal energy support in the process of feed granulation. Due to the growing market demands, Zubair Feeds Private Limited in Pakistan decided to purchase one more efficient steam boiler to supply sufficient heat source for the production line. To reduce the fuel costs, the company added rice husk into the coal as boiler fuel for co-firing.
