ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boilers are horizontal three-pass water-fire-tube chain grate boilers. Threaded smoke tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface. The drum and the water-cooled walls on both sides form a furnace radiation heating surface.

The main advantage of ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed boiler lies in the direct control of pollutant emission during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion.

ZOZEN Boiler has set up seven process stop points that are material re-inspection, material inspection number transfer, plate welding test, heat treatment, pre-expansion before welding, flaw detection inspection, hydrostatic test, which are inspected by seven responsible engineers. If any link is unqualified, it will not be able to proceed to the next process, which ensures that each ZOZEN boiler has the high quality.

Steam boilers provide thermal energy support in the process of feed granulation. Due to the growing market demands, Zubair Feeds Private Limited in Pakistan decided to purchase one more efficient steam boiler to supply sufficient heat source for the production line. To reduce the fuel costs, the company added rice husk into the coal as boiler fuel for co-firing.
