ZOZEN Boiler in Tunisia - Extract purer rose oil with high-quality steam

Rose essential oil is a world-famous concentrate fragrance, which is not only used to make cosmetics, skin care and hair care products, but also widely used in medicine and food production. However, the role the steam boilers play in the refining process is not as famous as rose essential oil itself. Recently, two sets of ZOZEN steam boilers have been sent to Tunisia, and would become the core equipment in S.E.T.PA Rose Essential Oil factory.

S.E.T.PA is a mining company in Tunisia, then it gradually developed into a group company in mining and food industry. In 2020, S.E.T.PA entered the essential oil industry and cooperated with Wuxi ESI MOTOR Technology Co., Ltd. to introduce 4 mechanized production lines from China. As an essential piece of energy equipment in the production line, steam boiler was also within the scope of procurement.

During the technical communication between two parties, ZOZEN technicians consulted in detail about the processing technique and the steam parameter requirements. They learned that at the first of the process of rose flower distillation, it should use indirect steam to heat slowly. When the temperature increased to about 80°C, direct steam was needed to heat to boiling. Therefore, the entire processing process required precise control of the steam temperature, which put strict requirements on the steam quality and control system of the boiler.

In order to meet customer requirement, ZOZEN Boiler recommended the WNS series fire tube steam boiler. This series of boiler has the advantages of sufficient output, high efficiency and fully automatic operation.It can effectively improve the oil extraction rate and quality, and enhance economic benefits. The structure of WNS series steam boiler is horizontal internal combustion type, the main heating surface adopts elements with high heat transfer efficiency such as corrugated furnace and threaded smoke pipe. It not only provides sufficient steam storage area and heating surface to improve boiler capacity, but also meets thermal expansion needs to extend boiler lifespan.
