The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming, gas and oil dual fuel industrial boiler.

The threaded smoke tube with advanced manufacturing technology has been continuously optimized to effectively absorb the flame energy, and its heat transfer coefficient is 1.2 times higher than that of ordinary smoke tube. At the same time, with the additional finned tube condenser at the end of the flue gas duct, the exhaust gas temperature can be lowered and the boiler thermal efficiency can be as high as over 95%. According to the energy efficiency test conducted by the Thermal Energy Testing Center of the Special Inspection Institute, the performance indicators of the WNS series gas-fired boiler are higher than design requirements and have reached the advanced level at home and abroad.
