DHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler is developed by ZOZEN Boiler based on the fluid state reconfiguration combustion technology, which represents the development trend of circulating fluidized bed technology. This series of boiler has the technical advantages of coal-saving, electricity-saving, low bed pressure operation, low wear, high availability and ultra-low pollutant emissions which conforms to the national environmental protection policy. ZOZEN thermal oil heaters adopt the special technology to greatly reduce the on-site dewatering time to realize the high-efficiency heat transfer and stable output; it also adopts the advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to ensure the long-term and safe boiler operation, 3 tph heavy oil fired boiler.

With the application of patented technology in chain grate furnace, ZOZEN has realized the high efficiency and low emission of DZL series steam boilers. The thermal efficiency can reach 82% and NOx emissions can be less than 100mg/Nm3, which not only improves the combustion efficiency but also reduces the operating costs and pollution emissions of enterprises, 3 tph heavy oil fired boiler.

ZOZEN’s YLW series thermal oil heater is developed based on chain grate. It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, suitable for various production processes such as dyeing, drying, slashing and printing which require high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply. The YLW series boiler also can realize the precise temperature control via advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to greatly improve the heat energy utilization rate. Recently, Kay & Emms has decided to upgrade the production equipment and signed a cooperative agreement with ZOZEN on the YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater project.
