On October 15, the SZL series steam boiler project which was the first cooperation between ZOZEN Boiler and Afghanistan Baheer Group officially started to supply steam. After 24 hours of test run of the boiler, ZOZEN steam boiler burned normally, the grate ran smoothly, and the alarm devices, pressure valves and other components were also working normally. From then on, ZOZEN steam boiler would become an important member of the company’s paper production line to provide the stable and efficient steam support.

The WNS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler is a kind of fire tube wetback boiler with a two-pass or three-pass structure. It is equipped with foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct to lower the exhaust temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small covering area, short installation period, easy operation and complete automatic control system which can realize unattended operation, burn gas boiler.

The outer packing of furnace body adopts for the whole frame structure to reduce the junction plates between the frame and the drums, which minimizes heat loss due to heat conduction. Advantages: save energy, reduce consumption and help customers reduce the costs.

The boiler body adopts high-quality aluminum silicate fiber and fire clay to keep the temperature of boiler body below 45℃ and effectively control the heat loss. The overall shot blasting, rust removal and painting can ensure the beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance of boiler.
