ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) technology is a new and mature coal cleaning technology with high efficiency and low pollution. The circulating fluidized bed belongs to low-temperature combustion, so it effectively reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx, only about 100mg/Nm3) and realizes direct desulfurization during the combustion process with high desulfurization efficiency. ZOZEN circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts the low-temperature fluidized combustion technology, which is a new and mature clean technology with low pollution. In addition, in terms of pre-welding treatment, ZOZEN Boiler strives for excellence. The three processes of grinding and rust removal, edge milling, and chamfering on vertical lathe can eliminate a large number of pores in the welding seams to ensure the welding quality.

Recently, ZOZEN YQW series thermal oil heaters gained favor of SOTRATECH in Mauritius, which is an energy company engaged in utilization and development of sustainable energy. This time SOTRATECH wanted to purchase one thermal oil heater for a local textile mill, providing heat energy for dying, printing, drying and other production progresses. The director of SOTRATECH said that ZOZEN thermal oil heater featured advanced production technology and strict quality test standards, then he ordered a set of 2.8MW YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater from ZOZEN.
