ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boilers are horizontal three-pass water-fire-tube chain grate boilers. Threaded smoke tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface. The drum and the water-cooled walls on both sides form a furnace radiation heating surface.

The smoke chamber is an important part of the horizontal boiler and selects heat preservation and refractory materials with high performance. It adopts the double-layer aluminum foil for heat preservation to greatly enhance the insulation effect. The front and back smoke chambers adopt the special double-sealed structure to solve the smoke leakage problem which is common during the long-term operation of horizontal internal combustion boiler, so as to reduce the heat loss caused by smoke leakage; meanwhile, it also adopts the double-door structure with reliable performance and good tightness to ensure the safe and reliable boiler operation, gas boilers 75ton h.
