In recent years, with the deepening cooperation between China and Africa, ZOZEN and KPC have built a friendly cooperation relationship with the oil-fired steam boiler project. In the petroleum processing industry, steam is the main factor affecting the energy consumption of enterprises. The safe, efficient and energy-saving boiler system directly determines the quality of oil products and the economic benefits of enterprises, 11th for hot press.

In early June, after more than a month of long-distance transportation, ZOZEN WNS series oil-fired steam boiler was successfully delivered to Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. Next, after the completion of boiler installation and commissioning, it would provide a stable heat source for the food processing of Inversiones Goa 7 C.A, and further enhance the company’s efficiency and overall competitiveness.

The YQW series gas-fired organic heat carrier boiler adopts a three-pass round coil structure. The coil end adopts a necked coil which can effectively protect the furnace wall at the boiler end. It is equipped with the advanced combustion device and automatic boiler operation system. The flame formed by the fuel combustion fills the round coil and transfers the radiant heat via the coil wall, which is the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion gathers at the rear furnace door and turns into the second pass where is the convention tube bundles area. After the convection heat exchange, the flue gas gradually cools down and then turns into the third pass via the front furnace door where is the bundles area. Finally, the flue gas passes the economizer and is exhausted into the atmosphere via the chimney.

Increase stoker availability of stoker, guarantee boiler safely running. ZOZEN biomass-fired fuel has another character, which is high volatility and low ash content. After combustion, there is almost no ash left on the stoker, so stoker should adopt proper high temperature resistance material to work under high temperature radiation.

The grate bracket of ZOZEN chain grate boilers adopts double-layer bracket. The upper layer uses light rail while the lower layer uses channel steel. The upper layer is heated while the lower layer is stressed. This has changed the traditional grate bracket structure which uses angle steel and friction bars and can avoid deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail. The 72-hour cold test run is carried out on the grate before the grate leaves the factory to ensure the smooth operation of the grate without deviation or jamming.

The project leader of Baheer Group in Afghanistan attached great importance to this project. He checked on-site for many times, so he saw and remembered engineer Hao’s work attitude. Out of the recognition of ZOZEN technology, the project manager temporarily decided to hand over the production of boiler’s flue gas and air ducts to ZOZEN Boiler. The trust of customers is the driving force of our work. Finally, ZOZEN completed the task on time with good quality, which won the recognition of customers.
