From November 15 to 17, 2020 China Aerated Concrete Industry Conference and the 40th Association Annual Meeting was held in Chongqing. The SZL series biomass-fired chain grate boiler is safe and efficient with a capacity of 4-35 tph (hot water boiler: 2.8-29MW) and a thermal efficiency of over 88%. By extending the furnace arch, increasing the furnace height and adjusting the width and length of grate, ZOZEN takes the lead in solving the problems that easily occur in biomass-fired boilers such as furnace arch collapse, furnace door burnout, hopper tempering and tube wall coking. It has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.

The boiler has excellent manufacturing technology, reasonable structure and stable performance, which has been widely recognized by customers. Besides, it adopts the imported low-NOx burner from German and new combustion technology to stably control the NOx emission below 30mg/Nm3 without FGR. With the intelligent control system, it can adjust the combustion according to changes in working conditions to effectively reduce the energy consumption for users.

ZOZEN is the first in China to adopt arched tube sheet and threaded smoke tube structure. Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years. After continuous optimization, its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke pipe, which increases heat conduction.

The project leader of Baheer Group in Afghanistan attached great importance to this project. He checked on-site for many times, so he saw and remembered engineer Hao’s work attitude. Out of the recognition of ZOZEN technology, the project manager temporarily decided to hand over the production of boiler’s flue gas and air ducts to ZOZEN Boiler. The trust of customers is the driving force of our work. In order to attack the COVID-19, ZOZEN Boiler gave priority to medical materials manufacturing enterprises and other units on product supply. ZOZEN had completed the delivery of boiler proper and auxiliary machinery of WNS oil-fired steam boiler in two batches on March 18 and April 2. ZOZEN would work together with Ansell to make contributions to fighting against the COVID-19.
