The SZS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler proper adopts the D-type structure. One side is the furnace, and the other side is the convection heating surface. The partition walls around the furnace body, the partition wall between furnace and convection section, and the front and rear walls all adopt the membrane wall structure. There are foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct, which can lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection, safety and efficiency, simple operation and maintenance, and fully automatic control system which can realize unattended operation, 49mw heavy oil steam boiler.

The IoT solution of ZOZEN Boiler has multiple subsystems such as equipment monitoring, expert management and so on. The boiler operator can monitor the overall operating status of boiler in real time through PC, APP and large screen, which realizes the real-time upload of fault alarms and video monitoring. At the same time, a boiler expert management knowledge base is established for common problems and treatment measures during boiler’s operation, which makes it possible for plan checking and expert online diagnosis, realizes the intelligent and precise management of each production base and further reduces the operating cost and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.

ZOZEN Boiler introduces 600 pieces of advanced CNC and digital equipment, including high-speed CNC surface drilling machine, CNC drum drilling machine, 3D laser cutting machine, 4-axis CNC tube bending machine, Φ168 CNC cubic tube bending equipment, 100mm three-roller CNC universal plate rolling machine, serpentine tube production line, CNC coil production line, membrane wall production line and so on. Currently, ZOZEN’s CNC cutting rate has reached 80% and above.

ZOZEN’s oil-fired/gas-fired skid-mounted steam boiler has obvious advantages of integrated skid-mounted delivery, compact structure and cost saving, which immediately attracted the attention and favor of the Myanmar Factory of Xindaxin Food after it came onto the market. ZOZEN had completed the customization of full set of skid-mounted boiler system to meet the actual requirements of the factory. After it is delivered to the boiler room of the Myanmar factory, it can run automatically with water, electricity and oil supply when the start button is pressed.
