ZOZEN molten salt heaters use molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

At present, the blanking rate of ZOZEN's sheet metal has reached more than 80%, and a large-scale welding and assembly process revolution has been performed. Mechanical automatic welding is used to realize the assembly mold, and gradually reduce the traditional processing methods of scribing assembly and eliminating scribing errors.
