15ton oil boiler, ZOZEN’s molten salt boiler is a kind of boiler that uses a mixture of molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heat transfer medium. It is a kind of straight-flow special industrial boiler that uses a molten salt circulating pump to force liquid phase circulation, transfer the heat energy to heating equipment and then return to the boiler for further heating circulation. It is highly-efficient and energy-saving with a thermal efficiency of over 95%, and it also can obtain an ultra-high working temperature of 350-580℃ under a lower operating pressure. The whole boiler system is mainly composed of molten salt circulation system, combustion system and heating system.

The main advantage of circulating fluidized bed boilers lies in the direct control of pollutant discharge during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The furnace temperature of a conventional boiler is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while the furnace temperature of a circulating fluidized bed boiler is in the lower range of 800-900°C, which can reduce the generation of NOx; meanwhile, SOx can be removed during fuel combustion by adding low-cost limestone in the circulating fluidized bed boiler.

The advanced automatic welding equipment completes the automatic welding of longitudinal and circular seams under the tracking of the photoelectric system, which not only improves the efficiency but also effectively guarantees the welding quality. The welder can complete the operation before the screen, which is far away from smoke pollution and strong light to the eyes hurt, 15ton oil boiler.
