ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boilers are horizontal three-pass water-fire-tube chain grate boilers. Threaded smoke tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface. The drum and the water-cooled walls on both sides form a furnace radiation heating surface.

ZOZEN circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts the low-temperature fluidized combustion technology, which is a new and mature clean technology with low pollution. The circulating fluidized bed boiler can realize low-NOx emission at no cost by itself and the direct desulfurization during the combustion process to solve the SO2 and NOx emission problems. The direct desulfurization in the furnace is relatively simple and lower in cost compared with the flue gas purification technology at the boiler end.

The grate bracket of ZOZEN chain grate boilers adopts double-layer bracket. The upper layer uses light rail while the lower layer uses channel steel. The upper layer is heated while the lower layer is stressed. This has changed the traditional grate bracket structure which uses angle steel and friction bars and can avoid deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail. The 72-hour cold test run is carried out on the grate before the grate leaves the factory to ensure the smooth operation of the grate without deviation or jamming.
