On December 16, the owner and agents made a field visit of the informationalized plant of ZOZEN Boiler, and formally signed a purchasing contract with ZOZEN Boiler on the WNS series gas-fired hot water boilers, boiler spec fuel gas.

ZOZEN WNS series and SZS series gas-fired boilers are popular in the Mexican market for the thermal efficiency which is over 98% and NOx emission which is less than 30mg/Nm3, and for the good energy-saving and eco-friendly performance. At the same time, in response to the customer’s demand for using two gases as fuel, ZOZEN Boiler changed the burner configuration and tailored the whole boiler system for the customer, which was recognized and favored by the customer.

Mechanical automatic welding is used to realize the assembly mold, and gradually reduce the traditional processing methods of scribing assembly and eliminating scribing errors. Meanwhile, the company's use of advanced measurement and testing equipment also provides a strong guarantee for manufacturing high-quality products, boiler spec fuel gas.

As one of the project cores, the gas-fired boiler with a rated pressure of 3.82 MPa and a rated steam temperature of 450°C is a mid-temperature and mid-pressure boiler, which puts forward high requirements for the manufacturer’s comprehensive strength. Facing similar competitors, ZOZEN Boiler with rich project experience and excellent product performance provided a satisfactory gas-fired boiler solution for Changfeng Coking and successfully obtained the supplier qualification, boiler spec fuel gas.
